Just across the road from Burleigh Beach is an unassuming building in Goodwin Terrace. It has a number of restaurants including Montezumas and Sway that are almost hidden within its recesses.We had dinner at Sway which is a small but comfortable restaurant. What User doesn't like about Sway Thai Fusion and Bar:
Went for a late meal after a few drinks at the surf club (8pm)...we had to hurry because the kitchen wanted to close which is a bit disappointing on a Friday night. Anyway, the highlight was the soup and despite feeling a bit rushed, we would return to try this place again. read more.

I came here for lunch on a Sunday as many other restaurants are closed in town.

Nice French restaurant near the chateau of FontainebleauThis is a good restaurant with friendly staff and a decent selection of fish and meat dishes.

"The restaurant was very busy even it was Wednesday. Booking is recommended. We ordered Thai Fried Rice, Tom Yum Noodles and a fresh coconut. All were very tasty. I chose ‘hot’ for the noodles and it came out real spicy! I loved it! Furthermore, a fresh coconut is rarely found in Australia. I was glad to taste it here."

"We come here almost every week to eat as we love the food. But when we went to get take away the server at the counter refused to give us a take away container which has never happened to us before with the other server that we normally see. My son had his own separate wings that weren’t eaten as he wasn’t feeling hungry. The lady was very frustrated with us asking for a container and wanted to make sure she packed our food instead of us doing it. she chucked out the small piece of rice and chips my son had on his plate along with a small piece of chicken just to make sure we only took my sons wings home which was the Chinese burbon. My husband got all you can eat wings and I got the 16 pieces with rice and chips on the sides I shared my chips and rice with my son. I had one piece left but she refused for us to take that one piece left over I’m assuming because she thought it was from my husbands meal. If the chefs weren’t such nice people I would have told my husband to ask for more wings and leave it there to go to waste. But we left. Every time I see that lady she is just negative and not a pleasant person to be around. I’m not sure if it’s a racial profile issue because I am Polynesian but it was very unnecessary and unfortunate. I will be coming back but I will also confront this if it happens again. I am giving 1 star because of the server."
