However, it seems that management is making efforts to improve, with a visible presence in the restaurant and better service. The addition of self-serve digital kiosks and upgraded McCafé bakery items were highlights for some customers. Overall, the experience was a mix of frustrations and positive surprises. While some improvements have been noted, there is still room for growth in terms of customer service and order accuracy.
This McDonald's location gets a two thumbs up review. My Fiancé
Seems that management is paying attention. The bosses are omnipresent, whether behind the counter or checking out the restaurant. Service has improved. Now if we could only get the seniors to give up their space from time to time.
Night woman was incredibly rude. Management needs to deal with this. Absolutely, unacceptable. I will not be returning.
The staff could use some improvements on how they treat customers. I go there often to order a poutine and I sometimes stand in a long line. When it 's finally my turn there 's nobody at the cash to take my order so I have to call out Can somebody take my order? Usually someone comes right away but still they should have someone take the orders while the other employees make the food.
