I asked for specific things since the hotel has no soy sauce etc. They did exactly whati asked and the sushi was amazing. I dodnt take pics, but the Salmon Belly Carpacio Yellowtail Carpacio was excellent.

It was my first time trying this restaurant and we ordered chicken teriyaki, chicken and vegetable fried rice, tempura, California Rolls, and everything was fresh and excellent. The sashimi combo was incredibly fresh and delicious, melting in our mouths. The wasabi-jalapeno relish that accompanied it was exceptional - we would definitely buy a jar of it! Our rolls, gyoza, and shrimp tempura were all fantastic. The cucumber sunomo salad was a pleasant surprise - it turned out to be pickled vegetables that paired perfectly with our meal. What really stood out to us was how everything was packaged with the utmost care and attention to detail, giving off a high-end catering vibe. This is no ordinary takeout restaurant - Seido Sushi will now be our go-to spot for sushi.
