"Shoutout to the AMAZING owner who helped me today. I had an order mixup and he was so extremely helpful with helping me fix the problem and even sent me home with some doggy donuts. My family absolutely loved all of the donuts and so did my dog. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"

"This is by far the best Cuban food I've ever had, I try to look at myself as a well-traveling person with Cuban food in the United States. That's just the best. Top the meal with a Bacardi Mojito I would give it 10 stars if I could"

"It's always nice to be acknowledged and greeted when walking into any restaurant or business. I have to admit though I was a bit annoyed at one employee's tactics. He first asked me what I was having, that's fine. I responded that I was trying to decide. He then kept probing me when all I needed was to review the overhead menu. He kept pressing so I finally just decided to go with my normal #13. Overall, the sub was awesome and hit the spot!. Thanks for dinner guys."
