Contribute FeedbackPerry is a restaurant that offers excellent food and service, but falls short in terms of noise level and overall ambiance. Several customers experienced issues with service during their visits, such as long wait times, disinterested servers, and undercooked food. Despite these setbacks, some diners had exceptional experiences, praising the delicious food, knowledgeable waitstaff, and birthday celebrations arranged by the restaurant. Overall, Perry has the potential to be a top dining destination with its riverside location and outdoor seating options, but inconsistencies in service may hinder the overall dining experience for some patrons.
What a difference a couple of days makes. Reggie the Gm reached out and invited us back. He really cared about our experience and it showed. We had the famous pork chops and all I can say is WOW. Juicy, sweet hickory smoked heaven. We shared the same sides which were amazing like last time. We both went for the wedge salads minus the blue cheese crumble and the dressing is a ranch infused vinaigrette masterpiece. Reggie is the GM for a reason and it showed. Very personable and genuine. The server was perfection as well. Our first meal must have been a fluke as the standard showed this time around. Glad we decided to give it a second chance.
The air conditioning was way too cold. I understand we’ve had cooler weather and warmer afternoon, but everyone in our group would agree
