Just across from the beach and next to a small park. Not a large place but some indoor and a small patio.Excellent food, but around Sydney that is what you expect and most typically receive.Very friendly servers and nothing is too much bother. Well done. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Calm Cafe:
We arrived there after doing an awesome ocean swim. Three guys and one of our girlfriends and because we had arrived literally at 1 minute past the cut off for breakfast, the "lovely" individual behind the counter didn't allow us to order. Wow. Guess we're in Sydney where customer service is hit and miss! See ya later Calm cafe. View all feedback.
The menu had a great variety of options, although some items were a bit expensive. The table service was attentive and friendly. Be aware that street parking may be challenging on weekend mornings, so plan accordingly.
This café is beautiful, with friendly staff and incredible food. I absolutely loved everything about it. We ordered the Italian burger, Lentil veggie burger bowl, a tonic (smoothie), and lime bitters. Everything was delicious. The burger was flavorful, with a unique and delicious bun. It was served with sweet potatoes, which were amazing. The veggie bowl was packed with flavors, including a tasty pattie, beetroot, and avocado. The portions were generous. The smoothie was light and tasty, a burst of natural freshness. I highly recommend trying this restaurant.
The food was satisfactory and the portion sizes were generous. The service was quick, although the small coffee size was notably small. The staff was friendly and provided efficient service.
Delicious breakfast options. Always hard to decide with so many lovely dishes to choose from. Love the Prana Chai creamy and just the right level of spice.
Pleasant busy eatery with good food and alcohol choices. Plenty of young families happily doing breakfasts. The food has a particularly healthy edge and is presented well at a fair cost. Protein stack has a nice array of flavour if a little under seasoned and the steak is not trimmed but hey, that's what knives are for I guess. The coffee served is good as is the fresh juice. Shame about the plastic take away cup but a paper staw is a step in the right direction. Thanks for a fresh breakfast
