The 7-day Tour East Bus trip that I'm traveling on stopped here; we have 50 tourists in our group. It's a meal stop so only a quickie review. The $325 meal plan includes 6 lunches and 6 dinners of which this restaurant is one of the venues. The Fredericton location is nice, clean, and the food choices were good. Love these guys I've lived in the area since October, and Nicks has been my go-to since day one.

This Chinese restaurant has great variety on their Buffett. Not only Chinese but also Canadian and deserts. They also give a seniors discount.
We ordered take-out on New Years Eve...it took 2.5hrs for the food...which I expected for busy New Years Eve. We ordered meal for 3...and portions were very large, But the food was terrible! About the only thing we could eat was the rice! The chicken guy ding was like cabbage mush...the chicken balls and ribs were tough as leather. It was very disappointing...and we would never order from there again.
