The Melting Pot continues to be a beloved dining destination, but recent visits reveal a mix of experiences. While some patrons enjoy attentive service from knowledgeable servers and appreciate the interactive fondue dining style, others report longer wait times and rushed service, particularly during special occasions. Despite minor service issues, many diners praise the quality and flavor of the food, with memorable desserts standing out. Was User at The Melting Pot a mag?
Alas, Michael, Scott and Natalie are consistently our favorite servers. They’re all so knowledgeable and just fun. We’ve made it a tradition to take all of our visiting guests to the Melting Pot and would drive close to an hour to reach there. It’s well worth the time and effort View all feedback.

What User dislikes about The Melting Pot:
The service was terrible. We say with dirty dishes for over 55 minutes, water was not refilled and our entrees cam out after over 15 minutes of the boiled base. We thought the liquid would evaporate by the time the meat was served. We’ve been coming here every year for the last 10 years and come regularly separately as well. The extreme price increase did not match the overall experience. This is the first time that... View all feedback.

Fondue dining was a first for us! Our waiter had to explain a lot but did so with grace and patience explaining every detail. It was an enjoyable experience with massive amounts of food. We enjoyed the four course option with a variety of meats beef, chicken, salmon, shrimp. As we cooked them at the table, we have no room to complain. After one try we got it down and it was great fun. We selected a spicy starter cheese fondue with bacon. The description sounded a lot better than the reality. It was fine, just barely a hint of bacon flavor and not spicy at all. Our salads were fine with fresh ingredients and tasty dressings. Desert was included but we couldn't even finish the main course, so we took it home and have since enjoyed a chocolate delight with fruit for dipping. We ordered the wine special at for a bottle of Chilean Cabernet. It was better than expected for the price
