Azuridge High Tea offers a lovely setting with beautiful room decor and live piano music. However, service was lacking with slow tea refills and confusion over menu items. The food was disappointing with sandwiches described as stale and bread likely cut early. Despite the potential for improvement, the overall experience fell flat with lukewarm tea and lackluster flavors. On the positive side, the venue offers breathtaking views, fantastic food, and exceptional service. Overall, for a professional and friendly atmosphere, Azuridge High Tea is recommended by some but not others due to mixed reviews.

Celebrate a birthday, azure ridge high tea. beautiful environment, beautiful room, fresh flowers on the table, beautiful music from the pianist, had great expectations....but then, service was not good, we had to look for someone, tee and water replenish (after waiting 15 -20 minutes with a table empty glasses) server could not explain what kind of sandwiches, brot or tee were served. at the end of the high tees we waited 20 minutes after we had asked that the bill arrives. Eat: sandwichbrot was dry as served (was probably fresh earlier but cut in the morning and left until our 4pm reservation). very disappointed, would not recommend it.

I had great hopes for it. that's so much potential, but it just fell flat. tee was like warm, eating lacked lust and taste. for this location they expect first-class service, but every time I was in azuridge, there is only always a miss. it seems like they're trying to do well, but it's just not a well-oiled machine. I always run over the venue and the way to where and send people there. but it's never a great experience - it's just okay. I'm sure it can be better. so.

For such a nice hotel was the room where tee is hosted, very sublime. absolutely no prospect of everything and incredibly hot! the food was best in average and reminded me of moderately homemade Christmas cake, not professional baked goods quality. the sandwiches were stabbed. the service was good. I would not recommend it or return it.

Having eaten at Azuridge before, I was expecting a lot more from the food. It was just O.K. nothing stood out that I would order again. The desserts were overly sweet and did not taste fresh. We asked a couple times for a box to pack up some of our leftovers, and it never came. We also had to ask and wait for the bill when we were the only ones left in the room. The servers were always around, but not very attentive. I was disappointed since I have been to the Banff springs tea a few times for the same price, and the food there was far superior. Such a beautiful spot for it, just wanted so much more out of it he experience!
