Joey Fratello's Pizzeria - Findlay

Not very happy. order at 4.45 o'clock I said it was an hour. 5.45pm rolls around without pizza. We called at 16.00 a.m. and said it was on the way. (we live 5 minutes from this place) 6.45 a.m. we called again and was told that it was almost out of the door. at this point I broke off and the person who answered how it was brought out by me. very upset. terrible service. I hate to be lied. eta: supplier came at 7.10 o'clock nobody told him the cancellation.

I've never heard of this place until yesterday evening, and I wish I've known it for a long time. eating was amazing! I had the four cheese tortellini and it was the best I ever had! I can't expect to try all the other pasta they have to offer! keep them the great work and they should deliver completely to bloomdale, lol.

I recommend that it was absolutely delicious, but the customer service was missing. the person who took my order was unprofessional and unprofessional because I (a first customer) was not aware that their Google menu was not updated in over 10 years and did not know what I had ordered due to this order. wort der beratung- order from the menu on their Facebook page. the menu that pulls google is extremely outdated. pizza and subs were some of the best we had in findlay, so we will shoot it again in the future.

I do recommend because the food was absolutely delicious, however the customer service was lacking. Person taking my order was rude and unprofessional because I (a first time customer) was not aware their google menu had not been updated in over 10 years and didn’t know what I was ordering due to this. Word of advice- order from the menu on their Facebook page. The menu that Google pulls up is extremely outdated. Pizza and subs were some of the best we’ve had in Findlay, so we will give it another shot in the future.
