"Ordered online for pick up, was given a time, went to the store on the said time, paid tip the person attending me. waited for another 30 minutes people coming and going with their order the tree enployes working there never addressed me. Finally, I gavethe same lady who attended me my receipt, still not saying anything to me, she went to the cash register, I then ask her for therefund because they couldn't fine my order. The saddest thing to me was the fact she, they, never said one word apologizing formy time lost in there. I felt has I was that only unwelcoming (persona non grata) guy in a room."
