"I have been reading the reviews about Casci's and must say the people writing negative reviews are talking absolutely rubbish. Gaynor and Chris are excellent hosts always got time for a chat and the food is always very tasty. My grandchildren love going to Casci's cafe they wouldn't go anywhere else."

"We were disappointed after seeing the good reviews. We got 2 different pies both disappointed. Apparently it was (sadly) minced pork in one and shredded steak in the other. Both the pies and especially the fries should have been fried much more. However, all the girls are so dead and service minded, so of course they got a 10 percent tip it was definitely not because of the food. Parking: Directly opposite the restaurant, there are plenty of places"

"Had the Tea for Two and can honestly say it’s the best one I have ever had! Extremely good variety of sandwiches and cakes and a massive amount to work your way through. The scones were still warm when the cake tier came out and the mousse was to die for. Will be back again, and then definitely again!"

"This must be the best meal that I’ve ever had in an Indian restaurant. It was a celebration meal for our wedding anniversary and everything was delicious, fresh food and wonderful flavours. The staff are so friendly as well."

"Oh dear I’m sorry but this has gone downhill! I was there a couple of years ago and food was lovely but this time the Mac and cheese was tasteless. Not sure if it’s a different chef or different owners but I definitely won’t b back. Even the ice cream was cheap and poor quality. Wasn’t questioned when I left most of food. Obviously not interested! Shame. Service: Dine in"

"Astonishingly little caffeine. fantastic eating and coffee, and very friendly and attentive staff. so many delicious vegan options to choose from, I wish we were longer in nutrition, so I could try them all! They also delivered chilled water for the table we thought great! the vegan cake also looked amazing (but can not confirm how I did not try)"
