We go to Prim every year as a large group, and there is always a mishap, this year was no different. Apart of having to wait so long to be serve (although we booked) the meals came out slowly. My husband meal which was fish completely over cooked and inedible. But I have to say the staff/manager was quick to replace it if we wanted and refunded the cost. So not all bad.
