I just celebrated my birthday with 11 friends at the nags and each of us enjoyed our meal. it was generous portions nicely cooked at a reasonable price and we will all definitely return. good old-fashioned meals and delicious puddings. read more.

My mum and her sisters visited for lunch. All three had something from the small portion menu £5.50 each. Two had cottage pie, one with veg and one with mushy peas. The portion of cottage pie for each was approximately 4cm x 12cm and 4cm...deep! Vegetables were ok (ish), mushy peas just one small spoon full.
