I enjoyed a wonderful meal with outstanding service just before closing last night. The steak was incredibly tender, and the potatoes were delicious. My daughter really loved the spaghetti and potatoes. Our waiter was fantastic and very accommodating. The ambiance was what you'd expect from a typical TGI Fridays. View all feedback.
What User dislikes about TGI Fridays:
I will never return to this restaurant. My food was cooked in old oil, as I could tell from the greasy rings. My steak was undercooked, which was very disappointing. The only positive aspect of the experience was our waiter, who was exceptionally polite and friendly. However, I won’t be coming back to this restaurant again. View all feedback.
Very nice server! Tried the Buffalo wingmans burger It was pretty good Normally I go for the Jack Daniels rib eye but switched it up this time.
Four of us came in for dinner at 5:30 on a Saturday (our play down the road started at 7), and the place was starting to get busy.
Good food, good atmosphere, good service, and I love their rewards program! Hubby and I went out w/ a large group of friends.
We got our appetizer quickly. And the rest of the meal arrived in a reasonable amount of time.
Hostess didn't know how to confirm reservation told me the system was broken then said the restaurant was under new mgmt and they didn't tell her anything . That was after she told me it would be a 40 minute wait and I was surrounded by empty tables. The manager finally came had us seated and our server was terrific! I stopped another young lady on the way out and told her that I wanted to confirm my reservation was confirmed with open table and she saw it immediately and took care of it. Hostess should be trained or let go. She probably was just ready to leave and had to stay because of the 3 employees that came in all together late.
