"Unfortunately I must leave a critical swallow over the restaurant operation from the golden eagle in emden. my parents have been guests for over 20 years and were satisfied. during their last visit in October 2018 they ate several times in the restaurant and paid money on the table. on departure my father had a hurry and not to check the bill accurately. back home it became obvious that the restaurant costs were reappeared and paid on the credit card. on our post request with documents has not been answered. on a second mail request we were informed that the bill was correct and that a review would no longer be possible. so check all bills from the golden eagle immediately and thoroughly!"

"Found staff very odd , were offered a table on the middle in front of the door , as it was pm and about a third full I asked if we could sit at the back but was given an abrupt NO The waiter...then stood over us immediately waiting for our order . Can I get an apple juice ? NO Later My partner was halfway through ordering a drink when the waitress abandoned us to greet customers walking in and took them to their table. After eating Waiter again stood over us for the money no bill just asked for the amount then gave us the bill once paid. Food is good and is good value , service could be seen as entertaining I suppose"
