Tim Hortons - Elmira

Every time we visit this restaurant, we face disappointments as they consistently do not have the items we want and the service is consistently slow.

I went through the drive thru at night and there was a guy his name tag said poojan, I guess he was extremely rude and borderline ready to abuse. He told me, he is a supervisor still He made my order wrong, the coffee was cold and not stirred. How are these people made supervisors when they treat the customers badly and also can’t do their job.As someone who has worked in fast food, the first rule is to treat your customers well and if you can’t even do that then what’s the point. Extremely disappointed, I have been coming to this tim hortons for a long time and because of people like these, I don’t want to anymore.

Every time i order here it takes forever and most of the time they mess it up so badly, can’t even get a bagel with cream cheese right. also the customer service is very poor, very impolite staff. very

Your manger Jamie is absolutely rude and condescending. Your crew always makes my ice coffee wrong and today I ordered a breakfast sandwich and it’s covered in butter absolutely disgusting.

I ordered two egg and cheese sandwiches but one of them was served on a rotten muffin, I had a bite and it taste completely different from the other
