After experiencing a skeleton crew during the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems the restaurant has regained its footing and is making a strong effort to deliver a great dining experience. I have dined at this Elk Grove location several times and continue to be impressed by the excellent customer service and the high quality of the food.

The time for the appetizers to come to our table once ordered was very long. Upside our waitress was very attentive and always had a smile on. Super friendly andaccommodating. Food was alright nothing stands out as great but on the other hand nothing was bad. All in all I Would honestlyonly come back if my options were limited.

When I arrived, I had to wait at the front door for about 5-10 minute... read more I visited this Chili's in Elk Grove for the first time, and my experience was a bit mixed. When I arrived, I had to wait at the front door for about 5-10 minutes before I could find someone to seat us. The staff didn’t seem particularly engaged, which I understand since it was toward the end of the night. After about 15 minutes, they finally seated us, but then we had to wait another 10 minutes for anyone to come and take our drink orders. However, our waitress, Damien, was outstanding. He was one of the few servers who really seemed to care about his job and did his best to accommodate our table of 12, as well as a couple of other tables. Unfortunately, many of the other waitstaff appeared slow and sluggish, spending more time chatting than attending to their responsibilities as the night wore on. Despite the wait, Damien made us feel welcomed, and while our orders took a little longer than expected, he ensured that everything arrived promptly. The food was also quite good, which made up for some of the service delays. Overall, Damien's efforts really stood out and contributed positively to our experience.
