The place looked really... read more This has been on my bookmark for so long and I've finally had the chance to try! <br/ We came at 3:30 so definitely didn't need to book. The place looked really homey, and like most of the Japanese restaurant on this side of town, it seemed to be owned by Koreans.<br/ This did not compromise the freshness and taste in any way though.<br/ <br/ We ordered the delux sashimi and tempera prawn sushi roll. The sashimi is fresh, flavourful and has a great variety. They have octopus and calamari which are uncommon to see in your neighborhood Jap restaurants. The cuts are thick and meaty. <br/ The prawn sushi roll was a little lacking in flavour but was good value.

Not a fan of being rushed out when we haven't even ordered food.

We waited approx 40 mins for the food to come out which was pretty disappointing as we already waited quite long to be seated. Would deffs recommend making a reservation if you visit! <br/

Sashimi and sushi was pretty fresh, it’s not cut or presented as nice as other Japanese restaurants I’ve visited but it’s decent for a local spot in the suburbs. We also had a mixed tempura which was pretty nice too.
