Lots of young families dining at the same time. Noted staff bought colouring pencils and books for the kids. Nice meal

Steak was deliver... read more We were sat on damp benches by a young lady who perhaps didn't know they had been washed. Staff scruffily dressed. Poor gluten free selection. Steak was delivered juices from steak tipped in my handbag which she did apologise for steak was mainly fat although the bit of meat was tender, mushroom sauce was warm snot in a pot. Disgusting.

We were seated and when we wanted to order, we were told that our favorite... read more We visit tgis restaurant quite often. For Valentines day we went there at about 6pm. We were seated and when we wanted to order, we were told that our favorite steak, prime cooked, was all gone! We thought it wouldn't make a big difference in taste and cook if we order one of the other ones. Oh boy… I can't tell you how bad it was… undercooked, grissly, chunks of fat through it… we did not enjoy it at all and we haven't gone back ever since. Our nice Valentine's dinner was ruined unfortunately
