The restaurant offers flavorful main dishes, but at a price of around 180 pesos per meal, portions are small. The Mediterranean chicken is tasty but the serving size is limited. The cozy spot is popular with students and offers fresh pastries, bagels, and croissants. While nothing is groundbreaking, the meals are enjoyable. Customers praise the delicious eggs Benedict and baked goods. The desserts are a highlight and the chocolate coulant is recommended. The friendly service, clean facilities, and good wifi make it a great spot for a satisfying Western breakfast or lunch. A must-visit in Dumaguete.

Some of the main dishes are quite good, full of flavor, but for the price of around 180 pisos per meal it's decidedly over-priced for the amount received! For example, the Mediterrean chicken is one of the tastiest meals, but a very small-sized half-breast and limited vegetables or cheese doesn't somehow leave the stomach full nor with a sense of receiving value. The very good breakfast is very tasty, 2 eggs done the way you like them, crispy decent bacon, nice crusty homemade bread, but charging extra for a bit of wonderful blueberry jam for one's toast is ridiculous. I don't bother with the coffee here because in my opinion it's not that good. One of the features of the restaurant is it array of French-styled baking. When it first opened a year or so ago, the pastries were quite good, but with the change of cooks they were dreadful (my daughter and I tries 5 of them at a sitting and had to leave most of them on the plate). If they keep cycling through cooks as they seem to do regularly, for sure they aren't going to keep discerning customers!I stopped coming here for a regular meal long ago, but may go back some day for the breaky. If you want a plate-sized meal that is twice the bang for your buck, go to True Love Cafe: you will leave feeling stuffed there and it easily tastes better.

Five of us Ex-pats, one from Argentina, another U.K., three USA have lunch one day each week at different spots around Dumaguete. We choose this place and enjoyed your meals including salads & pasta dishes(they have a nice marinera sauce). It's a cramped space which is expanding soon as it has been a hit with the Silliman University students just across the street. They bake some decent pastries, bagels, English muffins, croissants, baguettes etc. Everything was fresh and tasty, nothing was very exciting, nor ground shaking. The service was friendly, the place very clean! We five will be back sometime in the future!

Had eggs Benny, croissant, ice coffee, it was sooooo good. Great value for money, and good wifi! Lots of baked goods to choose from, great for when you get a good western breakfast craving.

The pastries are the best! They are always freshly baked and their sizes are big. They also offer salads, pasta and etc... But most of all, they have the best croissant in town. I would also compliment their comfort room because it is very clean so as the whole place. The waitress are very friendly and hospitable. A place you must really try.

Been here few times with family and friends I just love this little place. Desserts are on top and love thier Paninis too. and I will give you tip once your in Rollin Pin try their chocolate coulant. superb. will be back ????
