"This review is specific for their king cakes. As a native new orleanian living in Atlanta, I have found it to be challenging to get a decent king cake around here! You can occasionally find some at publix, but who knows how long those have been sitting there? And I REALLY hate when the icing starts melting on the king cake, or starts looking wet, it 's gross. So I went on Instagram and searched the hashtag #atlantakingcakes, and BOOM! The farmers table popped up. The king cakes looked good on their page, but of course looks can be deceiving. And I was thinking of ordering one from bk home, but I have had issues with my cake being destroyed in the shipping process, along with the melted/wet icing. And those cost anywhere from 50-60 bucks for ONE cake. So I went to the farmer table website and placed an order, and ended up calling them also to get extra icing added. I scheduled a pickup time, arrived at the place and my cakes were ready for pickup. They also had cakes out on display in case you just wanted to grab and go. They also have cream cheese filled ones, but I like mine the traditional way: icing and sugar. It also comes with the baby, so you can hide it in the cake yourself. They say they make them fresh daily, and it seemed to be! I had a slice and mmmmmm! The dough was light (some king cake dough can be very dense and heavy), icing was good.... this is the BEST king cake I 've had since I 've lived here. Its in Douglasville, so you may have to drive a consider distance, but they also have sandwiches and other food items, in case you get hungry. For the price of getting one king cake shipped from n.o., you can get two large and one small king cake! And they are made that morning. Will definitely make another trip out there before the end of mardi gras season."

"Nothing like having a bad evening, decided to play a random place for breakfast spirits instantly from the soothing sounds of praise and worship music, a welcoming happy family like staff and AMAZING food and drinks! There was a big party, so I was hesitating at the order, but Decovin made SURE to communicate with everyone at the bar by placing our food in, so we don't have to wait as long... GREAT SERVICE! Chill relaxing atmosphere, noticed that all their hands wash, with gloves if needed and ACTUALLY CLEANING tables / bar area when guests are done...oh...it also smells amazing! Blueberry Cobbler (something because it is made from scratches), catfish and geese WERE AMAZING!!! Fish was light, perfect crispy neither too fat. Grits better than my own! Blueberry Cobbler-a bit sweet but STILL AMAZING Decovan (Bartender) Donald(guest service manager), Donny (server) and all inviting girls from when I went to were all AMAZING! Definitely will always return to the area!!"

"My husband heard really great things about this place so we decided to give it a try. Maybe the food is better when it’s brought fresh to the table, we ordered our food to go and I was disappointed when my husband came back home with the food. His first comment was that the woman that assisted him with his carry out order wasn’t very nice. I ordered the biscuits and gravy and the biscuits were over baked with my gravy in a cup, not on my biscuits. My home fries were left out of the bag but when I tasted my husband’s, I was fine with the fact that they were missing. They were just tiny cubes of potatoes and nothing more. I guess you have to season your own food because the gravy for my biscuits was as bland as the home fries. Maybe we’ll give it another try if we dine in but carry out is definitely not an option."

"Ordered an iced-coffee, but all the sugar was sitting at the bottom, so the first sip my mouth is filled with sugar. Haven't been to this Dunkin' in months for the same issue that happened months ago and they still haven't fixed this. I'll continue to visit a further shop that does it right."
