"It's an exceptional hotel. very about the average of the region, but it needs to garnish some things. the rooms are very good, comfortable, illuminated, with excellent wifi, desk, smart TV and everything we could need, even netflix. I would only add some blinds to avoid the passage of light (in the morning it bothers if you want to sleep.) bathrooms very well. It has 3 swimming pools outside and a heating inside. all with a very nice view. no matter the weather, the pool is used. suggestion: improve security, as the stairs that go to the pools have little adherence. a day of rain or wet by those who leave the pool is very dangerous (vi 2 drops.) restaurant zafa. You have reasonable prices and your staff is kind, but you can see that you don't have a chef, but you're piloting it. I tried 5 dishes from the menu and everything for a (6 approved) do not look for anything out of series. the facilities are first, an incredible investment. I think the next step would be a training for the staff according to the capital. all very kind, but we have the feeling that they can be more organized. It's good and it can be better. We realize a serious security failure, as with any card that you enter in any room (we tested in the 3 where we were and passed without problem.) who decoded it did it with a rare criterion. it is observed that they invested a lot of money, but it doesn't seem like a professional job. Nothing that goes down points, of course. There was a detail that removes the points: they have an event room at the hotel. The first night we got we smoked a lot of noise.
