"Not to share the full experience, but summarize, 2 hours spent there with reservations, complete order made at once (Salad, Chowder, Chicken, Salmon, Water for Beverages), 1 hour waiting for appetizers, a part of my meal was frozen after the server realized that no money was taken out of the account and we could no longer be offered for free dessert (Dessert was not only packed to go). All this on a Facebook restaurant review group page of the head of the institution may be a member and he insulted my husband (he called him a card), lied about serving frozen foods and then a photo of the top that we (reflection of the slow service) on my actual entrance on the Facebook page attempts to harm us. Just...wow. I didn't want to leave this review because the owners tried to smooth it over a little on the FB thread, but still... I would hate that someone comes here and thinks that it is always a great experience or there is an appropriate recognition if it is not. But that's not the case. The personal customer service and the answer speak volume. There are too many others tried and true decisions to spend money here."

"Had fried haddock, a loaded baked potato, and a salad. Food was excellent. Restaurant and rest room were very clean. Plenty to choose from on the menu. My waitress Jill was friendly, fast, (and very cute)! Will definitely return again. Highly recommended!"
