we had a three-day break in the 22nd May from beginning to end we had an excellent stay. the breakfast was exceptionally diverse choice for everyone. we had an evening meal in the restaurant, which was also exceptional with great service. the hotel decoration is...in the time of the Victorian epoche. very comfortable bed, great room, overall an exceptional hotel with great gastronomics and staff. highly recommended. read more.

Had dinner with wife, daughter and I. We were the only people there initially. Then just other tables of guests later on. The soup amount was very small and the bread with the smoked mackerel a bit crusty. The vegetables and trout were well...cooked. But at for adults and a child it was overpriced. read more.
