Great place and a lovely evening! The service was impeccable, the food fantastic. Lots of great flavors, served beautifully. Only complaint is that the seating if you are just two is VERY close to the table next you ... we wound up chating w/the folks at the next table because it kind of felt like they were at our table lol. 3/7/23 The leek and potato soup was amazing, the mussels were amazing, the bison short ribs were AMAZING. Finally a restaurant that came through for Denver restaurant week. Delicious. I will definitely be coming here again sometime soon. The only thing I wouldn’t recommend was the sorbet, the texture was off and so was the flavor, it was not my cup of tea.6/10/23 update- came back here after restaurant week to order the same bison short ribs. They were completely over cooked, dry, and chewy. Not worth coming here for. This restaurant, which was at the top of my list, just fell to an average position.
