We had a nice business meeting dinner, which was very delicious, looking over the beautiful Eagle Rock Golf Course. Their waitstaff is very friendly and focused on excellent customer service !
SWEETWATER CHOPHOUSE IN DEFIANCE IS A GREAT PLACE TO EAT. WE BRING OUR FRIENDS FROM OUT OF TOWN HERE TO DINE. PLAN ON SPENDING A BIT, BUT THERE IS A GREAT MENU TO CHOOSE FROM.

We are from Texas and decided to eat here for our Anniversary. Crystal was a great waitress and made good recommendations. We enjoyed the restaurant and recommend it.
The roasted duck and salmon were amazing. The interior of the facility was upscale and comfortable. The restaurant is nestled into a golf course and the views through the large windows is very nice. The service was excellent. The dining experience was top notch.
