"I always say Whitey’s malts are so much better than Country style, they mix them up way better. I had a question about the Turtle Sundae? How can it be a Turtle without Carmel on it! Butterscotch is not a equal trade for it. I also have to complain tonight I asked for a Chocolate cherry malt and when I got home it was a chocolate shake yuck! Was a big let down! Wasn’t busy either only 2 people in there."

"I drove from almost 2 hours to get the cauliflower crust pizza! By far the best pizza I have ever had! I couldn't even tell I was eating cauliflower crust. Ever type of pizza I have had, has been amazing! Top Hat has something for everyone!"

"Absolute best best of coffee I’ve had in a long time!! Was traveling through the area and googled for a coffee shop. So glad I came here. Don’t miss this place if you are passing through the quad-cities. Definitely worth it!! Would’ve given 10 stars if I could’ve. We had the 3-shot Americano. Superbly roasted coffee and brewed by people who know how to make espresso."

"Wow wow ? ?.....for years I would come for taco Tuesday which is amazing. Tried a Philly egg roll here and there. But today I had the fried wings and they by far was some of the best I've ever had. Big, juicy and delicious. I've never been dissatisfied. And this place won't break your bank. Omgeeeee 10 star's. Best food ever"

"Great creamy garlic salad dressing and calf parmigiana. They also only do straws on request and they are paper thanks for thinking about the environment! The Tiramisu is also great. Try this if you want Italian in QC."
