We had a great time. Signed up for the all you can eat buffet which basically meant selecting and cooking your own meat supplemented by side dishes and salads. They even have desert included. This is a real down to earth place for people who want to meet and chat. We all had a great time and left with smiles.Hints: Don't expect five star service. The service is up to you. Don't forget to order your table prior to pay... View all feedback.
What User dislikes about Wagyu House:
I heard about this place over and over from friends & colleagues and every time I pass this place, there was a long queue so I thought it must be really great! It was not at all, a total nightmare. Table was not even cleaned and the pot was so oily and greasy- when asked to clean it, the reply was "we're going to put a mesh on top so it's ok". WHAT?? VERY UNHYGIENIC! It took 30mins for charcoal to be ready (no wonder... View all feedback.
Bad cleanliness, bad rich, meat marinade was not delicious. pro can eat a lot, Dessert spread also lacked. the starters were better than the actual networks.
Beef was cut off, lamb was mutton, wagu was thin slices of pure fat, no meat, only fat. the service was terrible. spoke with management about meat quality, I was informed that I can eat anything else. definitiw will not be back, I strongly welcome you. from this demolished dealer.
These restaurants appear a lot on facebook, so we thought to try out. we were greeted with more rude lady at the desk, she hastened to pay us and choose the table because the wait was quite long. the building was separated between...areas to get her meat and vegetables. They must basically go from one building to another building, need about 20 minutes back and forth what they need before they can eat. rice, meat at a place, plant on the othet building at the back, and we need to go back to our plate (they have not given them tablets) to sit over the parking entrance on our table. we forgot their failures, we have no choice, but go back to another building, cross the park entrance so dangerous if they have small children) and continue to do that if they want to get more hot food, veg, suppe, rice meat section are near where we are, the meat are not in high quality. they also use coal for bbq, they stack the coal so full until their meat touches the coal and all are burned the waiter looks very busy and not fully trained to replace the BBQ wire, only 1 person makes sushi sashimi for about 150 people eating buffet dinner. the toilet was very slippery and is located directly on the back of the parking lot with not much light. Overall, good for first timer, which not so in the quality of the meat, service food, but just want to eat full. for us it will never recommend or come again. for the same amount of buffet price, they can get it better. all employees don't seem korean too, not sure whether this really authentic korean bbq as advertised.
Upshot cheap, smells great past, busy tables, experience, fresh meat, instant change of bbq plate midshot parking still close to main street, series, offering sushi, quality of meat marinated lowshot area, seafood, sushi, help for first timer, limited fruits/dessert
Arrived here with no idea how the whole Korean BBQ process works. Paid $30pp then went to our allocated table. Once you have your table you can go grab your meat. It's in a display like a butcher so you just grab what you like...and take back your table. The wagu beef and lamb were fantastic! You then head over to grab your sides. The rice and creamy corn were my faves! Could of eaten a whole bowl of each. It's worth noting this place charges a $10 wastage fee. So although everything looks great and you think you may eat it all, start with a reasonable amount of food first then go for seconds to avoid that wastage fee. Whilst cooking away your grill does get a bit dirty so just ask someone to change it for you. There's also plenty of fruit and icecream for dessert, if you have room that is! I went on a Saturday for lunch but have been told there are queues on weekends for dinner. Would also recommend parking on a side street
