We have been twice to Roxburgh Park Hotel who does buffet everyday of the week for lunch & dinner.Loads of variety of food, vast selection of roasted meats, veggies & salads, pizzas and many more.This month, the Hotel has a "Christmas in July" theme which was excellent with beautifully cooked turkey with cranberry sauce, plus two othet roasts and xmas spiced plum puddings. We eat here quite often, mainly because it is convenient. The price is good for the quantity of food but the quality varies considerably. My first stop is always the carvery for the pork as we do not eat a lot of meat at home. Pork was cooked well but always have to ask for crackle.
