"Having struggled with eating well in the Philippines I came across this gem. Absolutely incredible little place, great vibe, beautiful food and the staff were very friendly. Met the owner who was super helpful and gave lots of tips about Coron. Free WiFi here and the smoothies are perfect. Heading back again as soon as. Can only give 4 stars as Happy Cow says you can only rate 5 star for fully vegetarian and vegan restaurants. Basically I give full stars!"

"Update: ecocio is now a fully vegan hostel. could this be updated to be a vegan accommodation, please. Note: Location Day on Happy kuh is not exactly using google maps. stay here for 4 days in the fairytale. the staff are friendly, welcoming and accommodating. her day menu had many vegan options and every evening that made another meal that she likes vegan for me and my friend, the best food I had on the philippines! ideal for budget backpackers or if they go on the way to the kabo beach, it is very basic accusation and the sitting on the floor is so not expect luxus, but is worth visiting. they also have 2 pigs and other animals to play when they decide to stay on the hostel, they can help organize all the tours and explain that they are vegan for the tour companies that they are vegan"

"I loved this place sooo very much! The views were crazy watching the sunset. I loved the Vibes, I loved all dreamcatchers and the decor and we played games it was just perfect! The food was delicious and the price was amazing. 5 out of 5, just wish I had visited more times."

"Came in during their soft opening as they were testing and introducing the concept of a predominantly veggie menu to A meat-hungry Filo population. Considering the enormous challenge of providing healthy and fresh veggies in an environment like Coron (which apparently has got awful soil to feed vegetarians), I appreciate discoveries like this joint. I ordered one of their signature bowls, the Kulay Bukid, but with tofu plus watermelon sashimi and banana thing as add on, and an extra Baba Ghanoush dressing. The seasoned squash was delish and the banana flower surprisingly unique tasting. The next morning I tried the Banana Mango, which could use additional nuts and maybe dried fruits, berries (not local though) and yoghurt. My friend had the PB Cocoa, which he says was a bit too sweet. Staff were really friendly and happy to provide ideas for what to pick. Ask to taste test! Standards in Coron are quite low, but I sense this place is striving for much more. The vegan manager was receptive to all kinds of suggestions and seems to take the feedback forms they have seriously. I recommended they introduce more pickled options, hot sauces, sprouts and beans and design more pre-set combos to make selection easier as they expand their menu. "Lots of vegan options. The place looked dirty and it smelt bad but I ate there because there were no negative reviews on this app and there are few vegan options in Coron. I actually had a very tasty spicy aubergine but I was violently ill later that day and overnight and I think (but don’t know) that it was because I ate there."

"Loved this place! Good service, quite a few options labelled as vegetarian and when you ask if they contain milk or egg you get an honest answer. The curry was nice, I also tried a korean noodle dish and vegetables with tofu. All good quality food, very tasty and I loved trying something new!"
