Ok... we all said the pho was good, but the bowls for the regular size are too small to add any of the sprouts and such! I wish the bowl was larger! The deep fried spring roll was very greasy. Service was good! I would...go back if I was in the area. View all feedback.
What sony j dislikes about Pho 51 Vietnamese Restaurant:
We were told to go up to the counter to order when we were there to dine in while guests after us were seated first before ordering which I thought was odd already. I got the pho and for 2 small bowls and one spring roll came to $45! Soup was very bland but it did have lots of meat. The environment just did not make you want to sit down and eat. Pay up front tip upfront regardless of service. And no customer washrooms???? I won't go back.
The food was overpriced for what it is. Running at 20 dollars a dish which is about 20% higher than other places (even with the price that’s gone up after Covid), we expected at least good food. Ordered rice dish and the meat was so plain and no grilled flavours at all. Had so many Vietnamese places that’s better than this I don’t understand why this has such high reviews ?
