The decor is beautiful and was promising when we enteredBut bad service (no side dish while we wait) and only one refill despite five adults sharing.
Came here few times and we always like the food there but the customer service is just so soThey are not horrible but not great either.

"This was my second time visiting a Kokoro Mazesoba location (first time was the downtown location) and this visit did not disappoint! Ordered the Niku Mazesoba and it was consistent with my first visit. Super creamy, rich, and very filling! Highly recommend and will continue coming back for this!"

"While we worked in my friend's house over the street, we decided on a Deli sandwich for lunch one of the days and coffee on some of the other days. the Italian deli bungalow was highly recommended. they make them fresh whatever meat and cheese you want. You have to try. They also have outdoor seats for beautiful days."

"Reply: Thanks for the reply. You’re right. I ate the bar right away in store.The items were extremely good looking with great design. You guys are so creative and you have pretty good ideas.After reading the previous reviews, I expected the items to taste fresh and “special”. I got a cupcake and a bar. Both were not so fresh and too sweet for my taste, especially the bar. It was like a block of sugar."
