We were there celebrating a birthday. The drinks took forever to come. They only had1 bartender on duty. The quality of food was not up to par. Chicken wings that were supposed to be mild came out hot. The potato skins were just one big clump. Even though the manager took the potato skins off the bill he was not responsive to the other problems we had. Will not be going back
The service was phenomenal. However, the food was god awful. We got an appetizer of fried pickles, they weren’t cooked fully and there were only 20 pickles on it. I got boneless wings and my wife got traditional. They brought out an incorrect number of wings with hers (and they were cold) and for my boneless wings, they were hard as stones with hardly any of the sauce I had ordered on them. Additionally, the carrots were rotten and were very tart. I’ve eaten at multiple BWWs before and never been to a bad one until now.
Always check your carry out, even if they say it 's all there . I have visited here multiple times frequently and have spent over $200 on food here using carry out. The first time was amazing, my order was all there included with add ons, and my food was fresh and the staff was friendly. The second and third time not so much. The girls at the front had attitudes with freshly arriving guests. I got all the way home to realize some of my food including sauce and add ons was missing, but living 20 minutes away, I didn 't even feel like going back due to experience we had, it wasn 't worth it. The last visit, EXACT same experience, poor attitude, but last night definitely took the cake. I ordered carry out, spent a little over $70. A good amount of my wings were missing and I was given an attitude and treated like I was lying over 10 wings upon correction. We barely got any sauce for almost 60 wings, and none of the added stuff was in the bag. Our large fries we ordered were only enough to fill one of the smallest boxes they had and they were cold. I hate paying hard earned money to be ripped off and treated like my opinion doesn 't matter or like I was wrong for wanting them to fix their mistake. I 'm not saying the establishment itself is bad, just the service and quality of food, to be as expensive as it is. Unfortunately we have decided we won 't be back.
It was disgusting, disappointing. The only thing good was our server Diane. My son ordered the mild boneless wings and the sauce they use was very very salty, we actually asked Diane for a fresh plain batch and that's when the boneless wings we got back were hard as rocks so we gave up and took them home and threw them away instead of making a scene and sending those back. I ordered the new boneless bar pizza and there was hardly any chicken on it and whatever so called chicken was on it was tiny and hard as rocks, it looked like deep fried pieces of bread crumbs. I picked off the so called chicken and just ate the Flatbread. Save your money, drink lots of water if you finish your meal to combat the salt. I know we won't be going back ever again. Lesson learned!!
When I tell you, I will not be going back to this place I mean it. I used to come here all the time but now, now it’s a complete mess. The staff seem completely lost and have no idea what they are doing. It’s always dirty and don’t get me started on the lady’s restroom. It seems like there is a sewage issue and it’s been like that for years. The food is either undercooked or overcooked. Most times over. I get they have a staffing issue as every other restaurant around, however, you do not have to be rude to your paying customers. I was a waitress when I was younger, and never treated anyone the way I have been recently the few times I’ve visited this location. Please do better!
