What User doesn't like about Ted's Montana Grill:
my food was okay, and the service left much to wish. I ordered the red rock bison burger medium rare, but it came overcooked. I wish the menu had indicated the sose on it, is like a sweet jam. the parmesan broccoli roast had not much taste. we were made with our burgers before our server checked allan for us. the best we ordered was the grilled shrimp appetizer. would be willing to go back for the drinks and try anot... read more.

This place was amazing! Seriously, the best restaurant experience I've ever had. The food and staff were over the top.

"The Pesto Cesar Salad may be one of the tastiest salads I've ever had!With that being said, I was really disappointed in the customer service. "Came here for the first time with my wife for date night. The food was amazing, I had the pita bowl with chicken and it was delicious. My wife ordered the fires bowl, the gentleman behind the counter said the always make fresh fries, and dropped a batch for her order. Had I known all of this I would have ordered the same, because hers tasted better than mine. This place is amazing and taste great!"

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
