We had reservations, but were met with at least a 25 minute wait. Understandable considering it was a weekend after Valentine’s Day. Our server was friendly, but overwhelmed and not very attentive. We live in Dayton so we don't have one of these anymore, which is a good thing since I would live way too close it and be homeless to get my weekly crab...

"The Pesto Cesar Salad may be one of the tastiest salads I've ever had!With that being said, I was really disappointed in the customer service. My to-go order was lost and had to be re made (no big deal) but the person making it seemed to be really annoyed and threw it down and didn't put it in a bag for me. Big bummer."

"Came here for the first time with my wife for date night. The food was amazing, I had the pita bowl with chicken and it was delicious. My wife ordered the fires bowl, the gentleman behind the counter said the always make fresh fries, and dropped a batch for her order. Had I known all of this I would have ordered the same, because hers tasted better than mine. This place is amazing and taste great!"

"Today is Tuesday, July 16 3 PM. This is my first time at the New Albany location since I normally go to the one at Bridge Park which I love…but today I was met with unfriendly staff no smiles, no greetings, regretfully I left a tip, I was served cold coffee, asked for it to be microwaved, we don’t do that, she did offer to make a fresh pot, bagel served with out cream cheese as ordered, back to the counter for a third time for a napkin. Overall of the staff needs to make some improvements.I do not like to reward bad service!"
