Longhorn Steakhouse Columbia Irmo

I had the pleasure of dining here today, and my experience surpassed all my expectations. Everything was fantastic. The food was incredibly delicious, and I have no complaints whatsoever.

If you've ever visited a Longhorn Steakhouse, you know you can count on enjoying a delicious meal with great service, and this location was no different. The steaks were cooked to perfection and everything was flavorful. The loaded baked potato was excellent. Flo's filet wasn't quite as large as I remembered from my previous visit, but it was tender and juicy. The staff was friendly and efficient. I'll definitely return, and I recommend you give it a try too!

My husband and I found ourselves seated right next to the kitchen, which wasn’t ideal for us. The server was adequate, though somewhat unremarkable; he addressed a payment inquiry we had with genuine sincerity. The steaks were a bit fattier than my husband would prefer, but we didn’t mind too much since they were cooked to our liking. The salad, on the other hand, was very fresh and flavorful.

We only waited 10 minutes for a table, which was quite impressive for a Saturday night. Our waitress appeared a bit overwhelmed since she forgot to bring us utensils after delivering our food. Nonetheless, the steaks were cooked perfectly, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious.

I was quite disappointed with the responses I received from both the waitress and the manager. The steak in the photo is what I ordered cooked medium, and this picture was taken after they returned it to me for the second time! I really enjoy Longhorn and dine here frequently, but this experience was very frustrating. The staff could definitely use some attitude adjustments!
