Was Eddie Lind at Mangrove Jack's a mag?
We went here during the Easter break. The service wasn't great - we had to ask to get everything to our table including the water jugs.It could just be that they were overstaffed. The food was good. We had the steak (was over done and I didn't want it like that), prawns and pasta was really good. They do offer boating services which we did use after out lunch. View all feedback.

What Alessandro McClure dislikes about Mangrove Jack's:
Love the venue, menu a tad restrictive and food is average but ok. Breakfasts are.best. 'Some' staff not welcoming and one is just rude. Slow service eg clearing table of precious diners, taking orders and delivering to table. Happy retirement grumpy old ****. View all feedback.

We have visited this restaurant numerous times since it first opened. We always expected a fabulous seafood meal with friendly and helpful staff. This visit was the exact opposite. The waitress seemed to regard us as an annoyance because she had to stop talking to her friend. When we left - and we had issues to pass on - she did not ask if things were satisfactory. My husband's basic fish plus chips and salad was fine. I ordered a more complex pasta, sate and seafood offering. It was tasteless and inedible. The waitress did not comment on the largely uneaten offering.

Great place for breakfast, lunch and dinner, good menu, easy parking, and they are really good at getting the bacon crunchy, or any other way you like it
