24 hour drive through, we wanted to sit and arrived at 7am. They opened up, we were the first customers for the day. Hungry Jacks is the same franchise in New Zealand but is called Burger King. The burger combo was very good quality, fresh and filling. We were satisfied.
What User dislikes about Hungry Jacks:
while got coffee through drive through , it got spilled all over my clothes due to lid was not done properly , later rang to inform them , manager on shift not even appologies , no offer for another coffee , did not listen at all, i have to come home to change all over during my work hours. and her reply was very plain , i told her it was very hot coffee View all feedback.
Burgers cooked the best not burnt or dry or ones that have been sitting there all day like some other Hungry Jacks that we no longer go to in Sydney.
Went here from beach, cheap + cheerful.. Same as any fast food place really but defo cheaper than most.. Good for keeping the kids happy...

How the manager of such a facility can leave a a standup toilet, BLOCKED and with STINKING unflushed urine there ready to greet one just before ordering early breakfast....BEATS ME!A " NOT IN USE" sign should have been placed outside and customers referred to use the disabled person toilet, instead of leaving it open for unspecting blokes like me to walk in and cop a lungful of the foul stench of Urine.......God knows for how long the urinal had been blocked for it to smell so revoltingly !I MEAN IT REALLY STANK, AND DESTROYED MY OTHERWISE GOOD IMPRESSION OF THE PLACE !Wake up MANAGER whoever you are......STAFF TOLD ME THEY WERE WELL AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BEFORE I MADE MENTION OF IT. It is just not good enough to leave a toilet in such a state....then try to excuse staff inaction by having them say..... "Oh.... the plumber will be calling later today!"CLOSE THE PLACE OFF WITH SIGNAGE IF THERE IS A MAINTENANCE PROBLEM !!!!!!!You stinky pooh people !If I had gone in after breakfast, I would have regurgitated the lot !Which means......I would have had to demand a full refund !
I am yet to have a bad experience at Hungry Jacks, and at Coffs Harbour it was no exception. Quick friendly service, with fresh chips and a great menu. Playground for the kids, with clean amenities.If we are in a hurry or Travelling, and want to know what we are getting every time... it's Hungry Jacks for us.
