The place is ok and average, If you go there you wil... read more The staff of Engels are probably the most unexpirienced, rude, disrespectful people i have ever ecountered. The place is ok and average, If you go there you will probably wait at least 20 min to get a menu even if the place is empty. They act as if you are the reason they have to live their sad life. I dont really know if i should translate this text in romanian because the staff at engels barely understands their own language, i wouldn’t dream they would understand a word in english. I strongly think about making a complaint at OPC as i just lost one hour of my life being there.

I was just with a manager of Engels who has no ounce of fines or customer service in her. She was very rude and had no patience. @Engels Management PLEASE takes more attention on how your staff treats customers. Some customer service and general sense trainings would be much advised and needed. I haven't seen a smile or a real welcome from your employees. Don't feel welcome. The food is quite large, it would be a shame to lose the customers because of ugly, legitimate, shameless employees. I hope it will change soon! This applies to all Engels restaurants in Cluj

The food is ok but average, not bad but not good and even if they would have the best food in town i would't come back because of the uneducated, poor/slow minded staff.
