"I don?t know if Chilis changed their salsa or what but it tasted exactly like the jarred El Paso salsa. I love chilis original salsa so this was disappointing. I also ordered the southwestern egg rolls and they were delicious."

"Ordered 2 chicken monkeys and a bbq sandwich to go. I said it would take 15 minutes. I'll pick up my order, and then I'll say it'll be another 20 minutes. So I pay for my lunch and wait 20 minutes. I'm going back in. they wait 10 minutes to even be helped. then the hostess gives me a bag that sat there when I came in for the second time. I'll go home and call to complain. next time I'll be promised a free reinstatement. So here we are. I called in my order and wanted to pick her up. I was told that I was charged for the meal. I explain what happened and then I could take my food and now I'm home and open my chicken sluice and I get mushy fried chicken. barely an salate. no cheese and it is a huge package considering how much filling it gave me. I am not a happy customer .and I will not come back to waste my money just to get bad service and even worse eating."

"I met my bff for a holiday dinner. she ordered shrimp scampi with roasted vegs and I had the langostino lobster pizza. our garden salads were fresh and tasty, but dramatically different in portions. their garnels were plump and well prepared, but the sweet (boil sprouts and butternut squash) were hard. they had a small color from the chic or flattop, but were not cooked at all. she asked for the substitution of kartoffels with lobster sauce. very tasty sauce with 3-4 pieces lobster. my pizza was pretty good, a bit baked. our server was efficient and friendly. when we told the manager about the boiled vegetables, he seemed like he didn't know how to treat critical feedback, but said he would talk to him. rl is probably the best place in our small community."
