"Food and service are always great. It was my wife's birthday and I asked for a booth on the reservation, when we got there, the only booth was in the bar/lounge area. It was fine but a little loud. I still think its the best steak house in Knoxville."

"As you can see by the ticket in the attached picture, I ordered the Steak and Gorgonzola salad without the Gorgonzola or the Red onions and asked for cucumbers and black olives instead. They were actually options that I was given while ordering online. If you look closely at my salad in the second picture, you will notice that they ended up giving me the Gorgonzola and Red Onions and Did Not give me the cucumbers or black olives. The hilarious part is that they repeated my order back to me when I picked it up and had it perfectly correct, but whoever made my order apparently didn't even look at the flipping ticket, and I didn't find out until I got home about 20 minutes later. This was Friday April 1st around 7:15 p.m. and whoever made my salad needs to learn how to read the ticket of the order that they are preparing. Not everyone can handle blue cheese or red onions, so I ended up having to throw the entire salad in the trash after taking this picture. Also when they were reading my order back to me they mentioned that I had put no pickles with our sandwiches, but I had never said no pickles, in fact I wanted the pickles but never saw any mentioning of them anywhere. So the fact that the ticket said that I said no pickles, I feel like that's something that the online ordering system automatically throws in there so they can make people ask for them instead of just giving them with the order that they come with, so if you want your pickles you need to type that in the special instructions so you can make sure you get your pickles. Honestly kinda ridiculous, I mean seriously who doesn't like the pickle spear that comes with their sandwiches?"

"The worst place ever. Do not go there I have been sick all day from this so called fresh food I and my client were some of the first customers of the day rice tasted like plastic chicken so tough and beef bland. I started feeling sick immediately after first 2 bites. Client even got sick been in bathroom all day. Don't go unless you plan to lose weight this way."

"We had 1/3 burgers with the fastenings, 1/2 burgers with the fastenings and 1/2 burgers with fastenings and embellished twirls. they came with fries and sweet potato frits. cooked as ordered. our service was excellent. the device is old and dark. it could use the update."

"If you?re gonna take my order and take my money and I tip you, I don?t expect you to stand in the back bagging up my order and talk about how terrible my order is and that I?m asking for diabetes. So this is probably the last time I come back to thisplace! Also,, don?t have your staff stand in the front entryway blocking the way to get into actually place an order. Your foodmay be good but your customer service stinks. And if you?re so concerned about my health don?t offer a diabetic laden bacon onyour menu! ALso, when I got home which is a half hour away I was glad I was not going to a picnic as there was no eating utensilincluded. PS your kitchen is really small and so is your entryway and people can hear especially when sound travels! I certainlydid not feel welcome at your place of business today!"
