Overall, the reviews for the restaurant were mixed. Some customers praised the great food, friendly service, and enjoyable atmosphere. However, there were complaints about the reservation system, slow service, incorrect orders, and issues with getting in touch with the restaurant's customer service. The only reason this is getting a 4 star is due to the fact the manager Brock I believe it was did everything in his power to fix the issue.
I travel a lot and frequently choose the Texas Roadhouse when one is available as there are none close to me in St Paul, MN.
