"The owner of this location needs to stop making the donuts here and give the duties to someone else. It is apparent that the owner at this location skims on flavor and quality in sake of a profit. The donuts are bland, undercooked and repetitive. Customer service, on the other hand here is always great. Visit the Loveland location for the best flavor and choice."

"Some of the best ice cream I've ever had! The inside was clean and smelled absolutely amazing. We moved through the small line very quickly and the service was friendly and fast. The ice cream was delicious and reasonably priced for the quality. They also have coffee and baked goods as well! Would recommend to anyone with a sweet tooth!"

"If I could give it 0 stars I would. The place is dirty. The food is nasty and the lady that answers the phone is disrespectful and rude. Go to elephant walk. You would be respected their better as a customer.Elephant walk and the other Indian restaurants in Cincinnati are much better. You for sure will not be disrespected by the staff there.And In their response below there was no accountability taken nor an apology for their poor customer service. Again, I caution you guys do not spend your money with them. The staff are disrespectful and you would get better service elsewhere."

"The owner who was working the counter was kind and wanted to make sure my drink tasted great. You can get pretty creative with your tea, smoothie, coffee which is fun! Several places to sit and plenty of room. Several little trinkets/rings/dried fruit that would make fun little gifts."
