Normally, I love Piada. Ordered the Carbonara bowl with chicken and penne. The penne was firm, barely half cooked. The quality of the chicken was masked by the seasoning. I only ate a few bites. Then, I saved it to warm up later. I finished cooking the penne, added more sauce at home, and it was fine. I threw out the chicken because once it was warmed up, it was mostly gristle and fat.
