We will definitely return to try more of the available dishes. We chose Neuf for its location close to the theater. We were surprised by how few guests there were; but that made for a very quiet atmosphere and very timely service. The spring rolls were hot and crisp: but not overly greasy. This isn't NEUF. ITS LALO. Worst menu I've ever seen in cincinnati. They still have neuf signage everywhere. The bar has 7 bottles of randomness to serve you. It was a joke. I wanted to leave the entire time. Bip in bop: Mexican rice, carrots, peas, corn, kimchee, pickled cabbage, pineapple merinated pork, kale. Served with spicy salsa.... Tasted like a drunk experiment. read more.

"It honestly pains me to write this review because I/we love their Madisonville location always a 5 star experience. We came here for Mother's Day and their 4 year anniversary. It was our first time at this location, but we decided to make the drive and give it a try due to the special menu we live closer to the Madisonville location. I feel like people were just as friendly and the service just as good. The food was below their standard at the other location and I thought the portion/cost for the menu was sub par. The porchetta was dry, the exterior was not crunchy like porchetta should be but leathery, and it was not filling it did have decent flavor. The asparagus was cooked just right not overcooked and still some snap. It was $19 for that plate pictured, not including a tip. I would have expected another slice? Or maybe add something else to go with it like potatoes or bread. My father had the classic breakfast which was $16 and it looked quite a bit more filling. The rhubarb danish I had that day was also a little off. The custard was a bit eggy both texture and flavor. Again, disappointing because items like their Pain aux Raisin and their Olive Oil Cake have been great. Coffee was still good, but I think we had expected ceramic ware like the other location. However, we understood the convenience of disposables given most people were outside and it was quite busy. Unfortunate experience here, but that won't deter us from frequenting Madisonville."
