While some diners have had mixed experiences, with complaints about noise levels, disorganization, and seasoning, others have raved about the delicious food, friendly staff, and excellent service. Customers particularly enjoyed dishes such as seared tuna salad, salmon, steak kabobs, mussels, and Turkish custard. The restaurant also offers a great selection of cocktails and wines, as well as live music in a charming atmosphere. With a variety of menu options to choose from, it seems that this spot has something for everyone, making it a popular choice for both casual lunches with friends and special dining experiences.
This restaurant is amazing. The food is absolutely delicious. They offer a unique Lentil soup and the kebabs are both spicy and delicious. The staff are fantastic and very professional.
I recently tried Turkish cuisine for the first time, and I was blown away by this restaurant! The atmosphere is lovely, especially with live piano music on Friday nights. The cocktails are amazing, but I highly suggest sharing the wine flight with a friend, as you get 4 full pours for only $28, which is a great deal! Make sure to try the whipped feta with olives - it's incredibly creamy and delicious. The seafood tagliatelle, featuring well-cooked shrimp and salmon in a creamy tomato sauce, was a hit with me, but the real standout on the menu is the kebabs. For dessert, I recommend trying the kazandibi, a Turkish custard. My friends and I each spent around $45 including drinks and left feeling satisfied. I can't wait to go back!
I visited this restaurant twice, once for lunch and once for brunch. The interior design and Turkish-style decorations are nice, but I think they could enhance their style by using traditional plates and utensils. The food is delicious and definitely worth trying. The hospitality and respectful behavior of the staff were also much appreciated.
Went here for dinner with my son yesterday and had a fantastic meal. I ordered the lamb chops and they were very good, and I know lamb chops. My son had the chicken kebab which was excellent. Service was very good. Sat outside on Roscoe. Great meal andexperience all round.
My friend and I wanted to try a new place and I'm glad we came here. Service was attentive. Turqoise has a nice list of wines and Turkish liquors. As far as food, the Lentil soup was so good! I'm inspired to make it this way at home. We also tried thepide with lamb and peppers (no cheese), lamb kebobs, and manti. Solid menu.
