Pizano's - Chicago

This charming Italian restaurant is perfect for families. The atmosphere is authentic and the food is excellent. It's a cozy spot in Chicago with a true Italian feel.

The appetizer, garlic bread, was delicious. The Ruby pizza was also good, but I enhanced the flavor by adding some salt, oregano, and pepper, making it even tastier.

The overall experience was just average. It didn't quite live up to the hype from the recommendation I received. Considering the price, we most likely wouldn't return. The deep dish pizza was on the smaller side for the cost and had a strange smell, reminiscent of old spoiled oil. The pasta dish was a generous portion, but the pasta was severely undercooked. The bland taste of the pasta didn't justify the price. The pasta sauce and meatballs were both an additional cost. The bathroom was small and located down a flight of stairs.

Loved the deep dish pizza highly recommend Mark's Special!! Very nice service, and we enjoyed the holiday decor as well.

Wow. Just wow. So glad I don’t live here as I would eat this way too often. That crust! We chose the thin crust. The flavor of the toppings and the just juicy last bite of each square…. I really am trying to figure out how I can get this home with me on the plane. Service was extremely jovial, friendly and we felt like we were part of the family. We just loved this place.
