Service was horrible. Arrived at 2:30 pm and waited 45 minutes to receive my tea and nearly 1.5 hours for the tier snacks to arrive. Slower than molasses.

Great selections of tea and food with a contemporary flair. Customer service was exceptional-we'll he back for a visit soon!!
