Contribute FeedbackJaipur offers beautiful ambiance and generally good service, but recent reopening issues have caused major disappointments for some customers. The menu variations, overcooked dishes, and missing items left diners wanting more. However, some patrons have still found the food to be amazing, especially with excellent recommendations from the staff for Southern Indian specialties. While service mishaps have been noted, Jaipur remains a firm favorite for traditional and authentic Indian cuisine in the West Loop. Delicious, fresh flavors and aromatic dishes keep customers coming back, despite some minor service and kitchen hiccups.
The restaurant was closed!!!!! We were really disappointed because we drove in from the suburbs

Nice ambiance, pretty good service. However, the food was a big disappointment. They reopened recently and I guess they haven't been able to setup their kitchen yet. Most of the food was unavailable for dinner and whatever we ordered seemed to made from leftover scraps. The chicken was extremely overcooked and doused in vinegar. The vegetarian entree was overcooked too and was different from the description in the menu
Best place in the West Loop for traditional authentic Indian cuisine. Recipes flavors taste like they were handed down from generation's past. Wait staff managers are very nice accommodating, will definitely be back for my time this Summer.
The food here is great! Traditional Indian options done well. The menu is extensive. The staff is very friendly and helpful. However, there were very few people dining in. They don’t seem to have worked that hard on their ambience. It was mostly take out
